UDC’s senior Management has had a substantial involvement in Land Development and the Governments Housing Programs. Pg Salleh was employed by the Ministry of Development, Overseeing implementation of Departmental and National Development Plan financing for infrastructure, housing and government institutions. Peter Paterson has over 25 years experience as a Consultant, undertaking planning and design for the Lambak Kanan, Kampung Meragang, and Tanah Jambu Housing Schemes. UDC has recently been appointed as the Master Planner for the Brunei Economic Development Board’s prestigious construction of 2000 houses in 2 Years Project.

Urban development is as much about what we can see… parks, reserves, housing, walkways, roads and streetscapes, as what we can’t see… underground utilities and drainage, strategic planning and policy, and safety.
Many skills are needed to carry out urban development projects:

v Surveying and environmental and policy planning.
