U.D.C. Internationale’ Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2007.
The mission of UDC is to assist the Government of Brunei Darussalam in providing specialist advice and designs on critical projects. It is our intention to complement the existing consultancy practices of Brunei Darussalam not to compete with them.
UDC is well aware of the Government’s desire to up skill the Bumiputra Consultants and and supports this initiative. To this end, UDC intends to grow to become a significant player in the Brunei Consultancy market.
As the Company grows we intend to hire and mentor local staff and ultimately (after a 5 to 10 year build up period) it is envisaged that UDC will become a 100% Bumiputra owned company.
UDC intents to target projects of strategic importance where the government would benefit from the international expertise that UDC can provide. As our business grows, the individuals within the firm will benefit from exposure to the large international companies that we are associated with.
In 2011, UDC entered the Oil and Gas industry undertaking a small site investigation for Halliburton, this humble start soon expanded into a major venture providing design and build solutions to such prestigious clients as Halliburton, Total, Tendrill and Jasra. In June 2012 UDC was appointed as the Master Planner for the BEDB’s PMB Bridge consultancy project, a 1000 hectare Oil and Gas Park on Pulau Muara Besar.
